We’re excited to introduce a refreshed main landing page for the Seminary & Institute (S&I) Help Center!
This update is designed to help you find what you need faster. Here’s what’s new and how it benefits you:

Search remains the heart of the Help Center experience, and now it’s cleaner and more streamlined.
- The hero search box is more compact, giving the page a modern, uncluttered feel.
- Both AI-powered search and standard search remain fully functional.
- The layout makes it easier to jump straight into what you’re looking for without distractions.
Search continues to be the fastest way to find answers across Knowledge Library content and Community discussions.
💬 Knowledge Library and Community Feed
The homepage now more intentionally highlights both knowledge library resources and community conversation. The Community Feed has been priortized to a more prominent position, reinforcing its importance as a safe space to ask questions, share best practices, and stay engaged with current discussions. At the same time, the Knowledge Library features a cleaner grid layout with clear icons, concise descriptions, fully clickable tiles, and responsive design, making categories easier to scan and faster to navigate.

The Latest News & Updates and Featured Articles sections help you stay informed and quickly access important content.
- See what’s new and important: View the four most recent News & Updates articles and the four most recently promoted Featured Articles.
- Quickly preview and access content: Each item displays its title and teaser text, and links directly to the full article, with a “View all” option for News & Updates.
- Personalized visibility: Articles are shown based on your user permissions and segment visibility, ensuring you only see content relevant to you.
The design matches the new card style used throughout the landing page for a consistent, modern look.
🌍 Multilingual & Responsive by Design
The S&I Help Center supports multiple languages, and this redesign strengthens that commitment. All navigation and content fully supports multiple languages. The page is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile, with improved performance and a more responsive design.
