We’re excited to share several updates that enhance the way you find help, engage in discussions, and navigate the S&I Help Center Community. These updates are designed to improve clarity, usability, and accessibility for users around the world.

Once you've signed in to the Help Center with your Church Account, you’ll now see a “Contact Us” link at the top of the Help Center.

Community Updates

We’ve made a few improvements to help you get more out of the Community:

• Quoted Replies – You can now reply directly to someone’s comment with a quoted message. This keeps conversations clear and easy to follow.

  

• Compact Topic Boxes – Topic boxes are now smaller, so you can scan and browse more easily without extra scrolling.

• Easier View Switching – We replaced the old dropdown with two buttons:

  • Topics – View all discussion categories
  • Posts – See all recent community posts
    The selected view is now clearly highlighted so you always know where you are.
